About The Position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a fast-growing car wash chain seeking individuals with exceptional talent and leadership qualities. The Team Leader assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations in a fast and fun, team-oriented environment. The role involves providing friendly customer service, assisting with opening and closing procedures, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepping vehicles, guiding customers onto the conveyor, and performing regular maintenance and facility upkeep.

Requirements

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
