Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain seeking exceptional individuals with leadership qualities to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to learn the operations of a car wash and develop leadership skills, serving as a stepping stone for career advancement within the company, including potential management positions. The position is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented, with Team Leaders expected to set a positive example and support the management team.
Requirements
- Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
- At least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
- Assist in opening and closing the facility.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
