About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring Team Leads to help run store shifts and deliver strong customer experiences. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. This role offers paid training, leadership development, and opportunities for advancement, including progression to Assistant Manager or General Manager. Starting pay is $14 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase with training. Full benefits and a 401(k) are offered to full-time employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
