About The Position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain seeking individuals with exceptional talent and leadership qualities to join their team. The Team Leader role assists with the responsibilities of the site's facility and operations in a fast and fun, team-oriented environment. This position offers a great opportunity to learn how to run a car wash, develop professionally, and advance into management roles within the company. Requirements

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
