About The Position

Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience. This role involves supporting the Club Manager in daily operations, focusing on member service, staff training, and front desk tasks. The Team Lead plays a crucial part in maintaining a positive club environment and ensuring adherence to company policies and marketing promotions.

Requirements

Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

Assist in training and developing staff.
Assist in member service oversight, ensuring great customer experience from all staff.
Handle front desk tasks including answering phone calls, taking info calls, and assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
Greet and meet potential members, providing gym tours.
Assist in facilitating member service issues and questions.
Support team member management and provide backup to the Club Manager.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
Assist in overseeing the cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
Assist in managing marketing efforts and ensuring team members are aware of and trained on current promotions.
Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory, and tracking reports.
