About The Position

We're looking for an energetic, organized, Food Handler Certified Team Lead to oversee an exciting Halo Top activation at The Well in Toronto! This is your chance to lead a dynamic event team while representing one of the most recognizable better-for-you ice cream brands through sampling, games, and interactive consumer engagement. If you love leading teams, engaging with consumers, and creating memorable brand experiences, this is an amazing opportunity to represent Halo Top and lead an exciting experiential activation.

Requirements

Food Handler Certified Team Lead.
Valid full G driver's license required.
Comfortable driving a U-Haul or similar-sized cargo vehicle.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Comfortable interacting with the public and educating consumers on Halo Top products and benefits.
Reliable, professional, and confident managing a team in a fast-paced event environment.
Comfortable assisting with event setup, teardown, inventory management, and overseeing all activation responsibilities.
Must be available for the mandatory virtual training on August 5, pre-event preparation on August 7, and both activation dates (August 9 & 10).

Nice To Haves

Previous team lead, experiential marketing, event management, promotional, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead all on-site event operations and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the activation.
Coordinate event setup, execution, and teardown.
Supervise and support the Brand Ambassador team to ensure all roles are covered and guest experience standards are met.
Manage inventory, product replenishment, and activation assets.
Assist with guest engagement and step into Brand Ambassador responsibilities as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe activation space.
Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate updates with the Brand Momentum team.
Ensure the activation runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional consumer experience.
