About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring motivated Team Leads to help run shifts in a high-energy, fast-paced store. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping keep operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences. This role offers paid training, leadership development, and opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager and General Manager positions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
