About The Position

The Team Lead is responsible for building brand loyalty in assigned territory by executing marketing and sales programs that connect consumers with the brand. This position is responsible for the successful identification and execution of promotional events, retail demo execution, and working with distributor partners. Full product knowledge and understanding of product benefits are required. This is a field position working in a variety of locations. The ideal candidate works hard, is a self-starter, and is looking to be a part of an exciting, fast-paced, innovative company that’s making a difference.

Requirements

  • Must live in within 25 miles of the designated market area - strong geographic knowledge of the market is a must
  • 2+ -years of experience in brand activations, events, promotions, consumer marketing, and/or community marketing required
  • Experience with marketing for beverage brands highly preferred
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule depending on the week’s objectives (possible evenings and weekends)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written) with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts
  • Access to smartphone and computer for reporting
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must excel in multi-tasking within a fast-paced organization.
  • All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check including driving record, education, employment, and criminal records.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the FMM to establish weekly priorities and areas of focus
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand by reaching out to key members of the community
  • Elevate local community relationships to build brand love
  • Execute impactful seedings, activations, and events
  • Hire, train, schedule, and manage a team of part-time brand ambassadors
  • Identify and share consumer events with the FMM that fit brands target demographics
  • Manage event logistics including pre-event, event set-up, event execution and break-down
  • Maintain accuracy of product inventory, accept product deliveries, and manage the storage unit
  • Load and drive vehicles to events, product drops, and sales blitzes
  • Create excitement and positive experience for consumers
  • Deliver timely event and seeding recaps via digital CRM tool
