About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the car wash facility and its operations. This is a team-oriented role that supports the management team, sets a positive example, and provides an opportunity to learn how to operate a car wash and develop toward management positions. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn weekly commission.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
