This role provides leadership and guidance to team members to achieve performance targets. The Team Lead will monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. They will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and quality service delivery, identify and resolve operational issues and guest concerns promptly, and promote a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering associate engagement and development. The Team Lead will also ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards, and prepare and present regular reports on team performance and key metrics. Other operational duties may be assigned by management.
