Team Lead, Prairie Mall
About The Position
Purdys Chocolatier is seeking an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading their Prairie Mall shop towards success. The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and collaborates with them to ensure all functions related to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and guidelines. This role involves guiding staff, driving sales through customer engagement, and fostering a team environment. The position requires availability for all types of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry.
- Self-motivated and driven for results.
- Enthusiastic about selling a quality product.
