This is a part-time Team Lead position with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. The role involves working late nights, weekends, and holidays. Essential duties include upholding company policies, training and developing non-management employees, performing all team positions, ensuring guest satisfaction, operating projection and audio-visual equipment, managing marketing campaigns and promotions, monitoring maintenance and operational standards, enforcing dress code, and completing team lead training. The position also requires understanding and demonstrating all Team Member level policies and procedures, and having advanced knowledge of emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures. Additionally, the Team Lead must report performance issues and policy violations to Theatre Management, monitor risk management (employee and patron safety, loss prevention, emergency situations, accident reporting), and read/understand training materials on topics like harassment prevention and regulatory compliance. Further duties may be assigned by Theatre Management.
