Requirements

  • Proficient in daily use of Smart Factory, including filling scheduling
  • Strong general computer skills
  • Certified PIT operator
  • Ability and willingness to fill in as production operator as needed.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with ability to coach and provide guidance
  • Thorough knowledge of plant safety rules, policies, and regulations, with the ability to enforce them.
  • Strong understanding and commitment of 5S principles and accountability ensuring 5S activities are completed and sustained.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with all departments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to support daily production needs
  • Dependable attendance record with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
  • Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
  • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
  • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
