About The Position

Havenwood Academy is seeking a gritty Team Lead to join our organization. As a Team Lead, you will supervise a group of 3-7 staff members to support adolescent girls with significant trauma backgrounds, ensuring their safety, stability, and well-being. This role is demanding and rewarding for those who are committed to making a lasting impact. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum age of 21.
Ability to pass a background check & TB test.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Nice To Haves

Experience in similar environments that share the characteristics of: volatility, uncertainty, chaos, and ambiguity is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Leading daily activities and supervising student interactions.
Maintaining the schedule, boundaries, and therapeutic protocols as prescribed by the treatment team.
Coaching staff members to ensure consistency in care and interventions.
Responding to crisis with de-escalation techniques and intervention strategies.
Teaching guests positive coping mechanisms and reinforcing program expectations.
Maintaining accurate documentation of student progress and incidents.
Upholding all safety protocols and compliance requirements.
Supervising and participating in the cleaning and maintenance of your assigned house.
