About The Position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain seeking exceptional individuals with leadership qualities to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to learn how to lead a team and assist with the operations of a car wash facility. It's described as a fast, fun, and team-oriented environment where Team Leaders set the example by exceeding expectations and supporting management. Requirements

Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
Assist in opening and closing the facility.
Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
