About The Position
A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a Weekend Team Lead to support operations across multiple facilities in the Pittsburgh area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain leadership experience, earn extra income on weekends, or take the next step toward a management career. Many of our leaders started in frontline and team lead positions. If you're dependable, motivated, and eager to grow, we'll provide the support and training to help you succeed. As a Weekend Team Lead, you'll help ensure our buildings, employees, and customers receive the support they need to be successful.
Requirements
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Comfortable working in multiple locations and supporting different teams
- Reliable transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Janitorial, facilities, or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Leading and assisting janitorial teams as needed
- Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met
- Training and coaching team members
- Providing coverage when staffing needs arise
- Tracking labor hours and assisting with operational goals
- Placing weekly supply orders
- Communicating schedule, policy, and procedural updates
- Working closely with the Account Manager
- Identifying opportunities for additional services
- Helping maintain a positive and productive work environment
