About The Position

At Caring Transitions of Ellicott City, we help families navigate major life transitions through downsizing, relocations, estate sales, online auctions, and home cleanouts. It's meaningful work that makes a difference, and no two days are ever the same. We're looking for a Team Lead who can keep projects running smoothly, motivate a great team, and deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

Requirements

Positive attitude with natural leadership ability
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Compassionate and customer-focused
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work (lifting up to 25 lbs.)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Comfortable using a smartphone and basic technology
Able to work in a variety of home environments
Able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Experience creating listings on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, or other online selling platforms is a plus
Familiarity with online auctions, collectibles, antiques, or resale marketplaces is a plus

Responsibilities

Guide and support your team during projects
Keep daily tasks on track and running efficiently
Jump in with hands-on work (sorting, organizing, packing, and prepping items)
Help bring estate sales and online auctions to life
Create a positive, safe, and productive work environment
Communicate updates with management and clients
Train and mentor team members as they grow
Keep everything aligned with our high service standards
Help coordinate logistics, tools, and supplies
Assist with researching, photographing, and preparing items for online sales and auctions
