About The Position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain seeking individuals with exceptional talent and leadership qualities to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to learn how to lead a team and manage a car wash facility. The role involves assisting with site operations, setting an example for the team, and providing excellent customer service. It's an entry-level position with significant opportunities for professional development and advancement to management roles within the company.

Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
