About The Position

This is a part-time leadership role focused on guiding a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, primarily working with children. The role involves coaching staff, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a positive experience for both children and families. No prior aquatic experience is necessary as training will be provided. The position offers opportunities for skill development in coaching, communication, operations, and customer service, with a focus on making a difference in children's confidence and families' experiences.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.
Passion for working with children.
Positive energy, strong communication, and natural leadership style.
Willingness to help others grow.
Available to work a consistent schedule, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
Physically active and ready to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose.

Nice To Haves

Aquatic experience is not required; training will be provided.
Willingness to become a certified swim pro and safety expert.

Responsibilities

Lead the team on deck and in the pool, supervising, supporting, and training hourly staff.
Ensure smooth class operations.
Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor, mentoring swim teachers to deliver safe, engaging, high-quality lessons.
Observe and encourage student progress.
Assist families to ensure they feel confident and cared for.
Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and enrollment goals.
Model and enforce safety standards for staff and students.
