About The Position

The LEGO® Brand Retail team is looking for a part-time Team Leader to join their team at Promenade Temecula in Temecula, CA. This role involves being a role model, providing a brand experience for customers, and training the team to exceed high standards in customer service, product knowledge, and sales. The Team Leader will also be responsible for enhancing profitable sales through regular review of sales and margin information, ensuring effective space management and maintenance of the store graphics system, and evaluating competitor visual merchandising techniques. Additionally, the role includes training Sales Associates on visual merchandising according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines and empowering a high-performance team by sharing LEGO® Brand values. Requirements

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment
• Delivery of Employee training
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
• Point of sale automated systems
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
• Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Involves lifting at least 30 lbs
• Must provide availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days

Responsibilities

• Enhance profitable sales by the regular review of sales and margin information
• Assist to ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are used
• Ensure that the Store graphics system (including pricing) is maintained effectively, with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales
• Ensure that all fixtures are always replenished
• Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, finding opportunities to develop our business further
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines
• Empower and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision and Values
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values
• Provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales
