About The Position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to assist with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. This is a fast and fun, team-oriented environment where Team Leaders set the example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team. This position offers the opportunity to learn what it takes to run a car wash and provides a great career path to management positions within one of the fastest growing industries in the country.

Requirements

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
