About The Position

Join our team as a Deck Manager / Team Manager and launch your career in leadership while creating meaningful memories for kids and families. You will develop skills in coaching, communication, operations, and customer service, while making a real difference by helping kids build confidence, families feel welcome, and instructors become their best. No aquatic experience is required as training will be provided to become a certified swim pro and safety expert.

Requirements

You are 18+ years old with a passion for working with children
You bring positive energy, strong communication, and a natural leadership style
You love helping other grow - whether that's a nervous toddler in the water or a new teammate
You are available to work a consistent schedule, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
You are physically active and ready to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose

Responsibilities

Lead the team on deck and in the pool - Supervise, support, and train hourly staff, ensuring smooth class operations
Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor - Mentor swim teachers to deliver safe, engaging, high-quality lessons
Celebrate student wins - Observe an encourage progress in the pool with students of all ages
Support families - Help ensure each customer feels confident and cared for
Stay organized - Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and enrollment goals
Upload safety standards - Model and enforce our safety-first mindset for staff and students alike
