About The Position

Purdys Chocolatier is looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at their shop in White Oaks Mall. The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and according to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will guide the staff; however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment. This permanent part-time position requires full availability for weekdays, evenings and weekends throughout the year.

Requirements

Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry
Self-motivated and driven for results
Enthusiastic about selling a quality product
Dedicated to providing a great customer experience
Energetic and enjoy meeting new people

Available for all types of shifts, year round.
