About The Position

Team Honey Badger is looking for motivated Team Leads to help run great shifts. This role is a launching pad for career advancement within the company, with many Assistant Managers and General Managers starting as Team Leads. As a Team Lead, you will be the go-to person during a shift, ensuring the store runs smoothly, delivering excellent customer experiences, and supporting daily store goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Facial tattoos are not permitted.
• Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Lead and motivate team members
• Ensure outstanding customer service
• Help make pizzas and prepare food
• Handle cash and basic store operations
• Train and develop new team members
