About The Position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain seeking ambitious individuals with leadership potential to join their team. As a Team Leader, you will assist with the facility's operations and set an example for the team by exceeding expectations and supporting management. This role offers a chance to learn the car wash business, develop leadership skills, and provides a clear career path to management positions within a fast-growing industry.

Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
