This role offers the opportunity to learn the operations of a car wash and develop leadership skills, serving as a stepping stone for career advancement within the company, including potential paths to management positions. The Team Leader role involves assisting with facility and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented environment, setting an example by exceeding expectations and supporting the management team.

Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
