Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience. This role involves supporting staff training and development, overseeing member service to ensure excellent customer interactions, and handling various front desk tasks. The Team Lead will also assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, account updates, providing gym tours, resolving member service issues, and supporting team member management. Additionally, the role ensures adherence to company policies, helps maintain a positive club image, oversees cleanliness, assists with marketing efforts and promotions, and manages supply orders and inventory.
