About The Position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain seeking individuals with exceptional talent and leadership qualities to join their team. The Team Leader role assists with the site's facility and operations in a fast and fun, team-oriented environment. This position offers an opportunity to learn how to run a car wash, gain professional development, and advance to management positions within the company.

Requirements

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
