About The Position

This is a part-time leadership role focused on guiding a team, motivating others, and creating a safe and supportive atmosphere. The position offers opportunities to develop skills in coaching, communication, operations, and customer service, while making a difference in the lives of children and families. No prior aquatic experience is necessary, as training and certification will be provided.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old with a passion for working with children.
Must bring positive energy, strong communication, and a natural leadership style.
Must love helping others grow.
Must be available to work a consistent schedule, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
Must be physically active and ready to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose.

Responsibilities

Lead the team on deck and in the pool, supervising, supporting, and training hourly staff to ensure smooth class operations.
Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor, mentoring swim teachers to deliver safe, engaging, high-quality lessons.
Observe and encourage student progress in the pool with students of all ages.
Help ensure each customer feels confident and cared for.
Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and enrollment goals.
Model and enforce safety standards for staff and students.
