About The Position

Crossroads Turning Points is seeking a compassionate and dynamic individual to join their team as a Team Lead Withdrawal Management Specialist. This position coordinates and monitors patient activities and daily operations of the assigned withdrawal management during the assigned shift. The role involves efficiently multitasking and delegating work to others. All applicants are required to complete a pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana testing), a comprehensive background check, and a TB test. This specific position is for the graveyard shift, from midnight to 8:00 AM.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Certified Addiction Technician (CAT) Certification is required.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in withdrawal management, providing direct patient care, assessment, triage, crisis intervention, and group counseling.
Strong communication skills.
Fundamental computer skills are required.
Must be able to take vital signs and recognize medical problems.
Valid driver's license and insurability.

Nice To Haves

CPR and first aid certification, including both initial training and renewals, will be paid for by the agency.

Responsibilities

Assign tasks to employees on shift.
Cover the shift if the assigned employee calls in or fails to show up.
Addresses and resolves patients’ inquiries and complaints.
Cleans and organizes work area as needed.
Orders supplies and products.
Reports losses, employee behavioral issues, patient complaints, and other significant issues to upper-level management.
Adheres to and enforces company policies and guidelines.
Assists in interviewing applicants for open positions.
Oversees employee training sessions.
