About The Position

The COE NPWA CI Team Lead WMP, as a member of the COE Management Team, plays a major role in managing the day-to-day operations of the COE NPWA CI team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the COE manager, along with key stakeholders and partners throughout the business, on all aspects of team management, including people development and business strategy. The team lead will also work closely with NPWAs nationally to help their clients through the onboarding process. The team lead will provide exceptional operational support and risk management. They oversee their team’s operational tasks and client experience by facilitating the onboarding of the NPWA client relationships. The position requires good knowledge of the Private Wealth Management industry complemented by strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Leveraging operational and financial background and experience to contribute to a growing business
  • Core member of COE Management Team involved in executing and developing strategy to achieve department goals
  • Assist the COE Manager in the overall supervision, management and running of the NPWA CI team
  • Manage, develop, and recruit employees within the Wealth Management Professionals Suite
  • Manage personnel related issues, including employee training and development, performance reviews, compensation and promotion recommendations, and mentoring
  • Ensure seamless daily business operations and client experience through close coordination with business partners in Operations, Compliance, Legal, Human Capital Management, Finance and Technology divisions
  • Ensure that all employees follow regulatory requirements, include registrations and series exams
  • Facilitate cross-functional efforts on a variety of national strategic initiatives and special projects related to business profitability, growth and operations
  • Working closely with New PWAs to support their prospects and PWM clients
  • Liaising with other areas supporting the PWM Business
  • Supporting new account onboarding processes
