Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Team Lead Warehouse to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC. The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, restoring and maintaining efficient process flow, and developing standardized work procedures. This role ensures safety compliance, quality standards, and productivity goals are consistently met while fostering teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement. The Warehouse Team Lead plays a key role in coordinating safety and quality training and supporting operational excellence within the manufacturing environment. Requirements

3+ years of experience as a team lead in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP (PRE/PRL)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual is a plus
Ability to work a split shift schedule and overtime as required

Responsibilities

Lead and support warehouse team members to ensure uninterrupted and efficient workflow.
Enforce and promote safety policies while continuously improving safety awareness.
Develop, implement, and monitor standardized work procedures.
Build a collaborative team environment to improve morale and productivity.
Coordinate cross-functional communication with other departments and customers.
Lead and facilitate monthly safety and quality training meetings.
Monitor daily warehouse activities to meet or exceed performance and volume standards.
Perform daily warehouse inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Track, coordinate, and oversee receipt, storage, and timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate records and prepare required operational documentation.
Restore process flow during interruptions and implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and employee skill development.
