Team Lead, UX/UI Design
About The Position
The Design Team Lead role will involve leadership of a team focused on a strategic digital transformation program, working with resources in the Design group locally and globally. This is an opportunity to lead a team and participate in every aspect of the design process, from discovery and ideation, to prototyping, testing iterating and product launch. Responsibilities include regional line management, and contributions to running significant engagements. The position is based in Toronto and may require some international travel to other Citco locations. This position reports will report to the Design Director, interact with business stakeholders, and various engineering groups.
Requirements
- Leadership experience
- Experience in UX/UI design
- Experience in digital transformation programs
- Ability to work with global teams
- Experience in all aspects of the design process (discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, iteration, product launch)
- Experience in regional line management
- Experience in running significant engagements
