About The Position

We are seeking a highly capable Team Lead to oversee a multidisciplinary team supporting a U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) program focused on engineering processes, training development, and enterprise system support. This role blends leadership, technical oversight, and customer engagement, ensuring high-quality delivery across training, data analysis, and system sustainment efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in engineering support services, training program execution, and working within DHS/DoW environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Training & Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of relevant experience supporting USCG or federal programs
2+ years of leadership or team management experience
Experience with Training delivery and instructional development
Experience with Engineering or technical support services
Experience with Data analysis and quality assurance processes
Familiarity with configuration management principles
Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with government clients

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with ALMIS, CG-LIMS, or similar logistics/maintenance systems
Background in maintenance policy, technical publications, or lifecycle sustainment
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification
Active Secret clearance
