About The Position

Responsible for supervising supply chain warehouse staff, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring that inventory is handled efficiently and safely. This role bridges management and frontline workers, helping maintain productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s preferred)
• 2–5 years of warehouse experience, with some leadership responsibility
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification
• Experience with shipping/receiving software
• Knowledge of lean warehouse practices or process improvement
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of warehouse associates during daily operations
• Assign tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Monitor workflow to ensure productivity targets and deadlines are met
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Coordinate with management, logistics, and other departments
• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when needed
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment
