About The Position
The Team Lead Sterile Processing Complex Care supports the trauma, transplant, neuro surgery and cardiovascular surgery service lines. Within the organizational structure of the sterile processing area, serves as the team leader. Manages the instruments and processing of instruments within Surgical Services and CVOR with expanded service to the entire hospital and SLPS. Manages daily workflow and schedule of the sterile processing team. Serves as a mentor and a coach to team members.

- 1 year of applicable experience
