About The Position

The In-Store Sales team at DoorDash is amplifying SevenRooms' mission to reshape the hospitality industry by empowering operators to take control of their guest relationships. We take a consultative approach to every conversation—helping clients uncover business gaps, streamline operations, and reduce reliance on third-party platforms. Our team is made up of driven, thoughtful sales professionals who act as trusted advisors and long-term partners to hospitality businesses around the world. As a Team Lead, Regional Sales you’ll operate as a player/coach — owning your individual quota while supporting and guiding a small team of Account Executives to achieve regional performance goals. You’ll bring deep experience in running complex, consultative sales cycles and use that expertise to coach peers, support key deals, and drive consistent execution across your region. This is a true player/coach role, requiring you to lead from the front by closing deals while elevating team performance through hands-on coaching and deal support. You’ll be accountable for both your individual performance and your impact on team effectiveness, helping diagnose performance gaps, improve sales execution, and contribute to regional strategy with minimal oversight. You will report directly to the Senior Regional Sales Manager of the region, who will cultivate your growth, and provide you with broader strategy and support to lead alongside your team. We expect this role to be flexible in terms of time spent remote and traveling in the field with your direct reports. You will also be expected to travel as needed for in-person collaboration through trainings, offsites, team-building events, and other business related necessity.

Requirements

  • You’re a top-performing seller with a track record of exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment.
  • You have 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, with strong expertise in managing complex sales cycles
  • You have experience mentoring, coaching, or leading peers, with the ability to influence team performance and outcomes.
  • You’re comfortable operating with autonomy and making decisions in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and implement solutions.
  • You’re highly collaborative and lead through influence, not authority.
  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Gong.io, and Google Workspace.
  • You’re passionate about hospitality and excited to help operators succeed.
