Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Modify patient plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Phone triage Pre and Post op calls

Requirements

Associate's Degree Nursing / Patient Care
2 years Nursing/Patient Care
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree Nursing/Patient Care

Responsibilities

Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care.
