Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Sales, retail activation, or related fields with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Proven experience in managing large programs and account relationships at a senior level.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and key accounts.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire creativity and drive collaboration within diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools to interpret consumer data and translate insights into actionable activation strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss responsibilities and deliver results in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support business planning and execution.
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a team of four direct reports within a culture that is dynamic, analytical, and energized by developing creative solutions.
  • Lead the relationship and end‑to‑end operating processes with Kenvue’s in‑store merchandising partner, driving strong collaboration and execution to maximize on‑shelf availability (OSA) and optimize display compliance, quality, and performance.
  • Lead the development and governance of a company‑wide prepack (PPK) strategy aligned to commercial and financial priorities, with clear accountability and brand budget visibility.
  • Strategically assess the performance and growth opportunities of Prepack programs, guiding and influencing allocation decisions across sales teams while driving clear accountability for take rates and results.
  • Own the evolution and performance of critical business tools, including PRF, OPIS, and PPK Tableau dashboards—ensuring they remain accurate, user‑centric, and fit for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Lead the internal governance and alignment process for external customer communications.
  • Direct the annual review, update, and approval process for key Kenvue policies, including Sun Returns, Extended Dating, and Terms & Conditions of Sale, ensuring compliance, operational alignment, and customer clarity.
  • Oversee the GS1 partnership, ensuring all NPI launches and product changes meet customer timing requirements while maintaining strict adherence to annual budget parameters.
  • Provide oversight and accountability for the Sales sample process and budget.
