About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily quality inspection activities and provide guidance and support to a team of inspectors. The Team Lead will help ensure quality standards are consistently met, communicate process changes, train team members, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to take initiative and make sound decisions

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
• 1+ year of quality-related experience preferred
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Experience using gauges and measuring devices preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to site personnel
• Train inspectors and ensure team members follow established quality processes
• Communicate changes to projects, processes, and work instructions
• Perform quality inspections when needed
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or processes
• Troubleshoot and help resolve quality and production-related issues
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customer personnel
• Help maintain accurate reports, audits, and required documentation
• Use scanners and other inventory management tools as needed
