Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a comparable role with managerial responsibility in a quality environment.
  • Specialist knowledge in quality management with leadership experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of leadership methods (e.g. conducting appraisals, employee development)
  • Good IT/computer user skills (e.g. Office applications, MES & ERP)
  • Very good knowledge of the required QM guidelines
  • Advanced knowledge of testing procedures and measurement technology
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g. products and processes)
  • Good English skills (spoken and written)
  • Leadership skills, particularly serving as a role model (integrity, transparency, appreciation, persuasiveness)
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong personal initiative
  • Resilience under pressure
  • Ability to write technical reports
  • Knowledge transfer (instruction and didactics)

Responsibilities

  • Personnel management including all associated individual tasks (initiating disciplinary measures, employee appraisals, performance reviews, personnel development, etc.)
  • Ensuring effective workforce scheduling (vacation and shift planning)
  • Participation in headcount and CAPEX planning
  • Involvement in the processing of complaints and deviations
  • Independent and continuous development of the area of responsibility
  • Assuming (partial) project responsibility within a defined framework
  • Ensuring continuous audit readiness
  • Trustful collaboration with internal and external interfaces (e.g. production areas, TS, CS, plant management, TCC/SEC)
  • Independent compliance with standards, legal regulations (e.g. Working Hours Act, occupational safety regulations) as well as internal company policies (SOPs, works agreements, etc.)
