AES Clean Energy's Operations team is seeking an experienced Team Lead, Portfolio Asset Management to oversee and develop a team of Senior Portfolio Asset Managers, Portfolio Asset Managers, and Analysts. This leadership role is responsible for guiding a high-performing team that provides reporting, oversight, and coordination for a renewable energy portfolio exceeding 1 GW of financed assets. The Team Lead will play a critical role in fleet-level decision-making, executive communications, strategic planning, and the delivery of key leadership initiatives. In addition to leading and developing team members, this individual will help maximize the financial and operational performance of AES Clean Energy's rapidly growing renewable and energy storage portfolio. The team serves as a central point of coordination across multiple functions, managing financial performance, commercial obligations, compliance requirements, risk mitigation strategies, and administrative activities, while also providing oversight and support for operations and maintenance activities across the asset fleet.
