Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
- A minimum of three years related work experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize technology to document, evaluate and manage patient outcomes.
- Demonstrated organizational, coordination and time management skills.
- Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Previous experience working in perioperative services including Preop, PACU, Intraop, or Endo required.
- Specialty certification required within 6 months of hire.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

- Supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform diversified duties both within and in support of the department including leadership, performance review process, daily operations, departmental manpower scheduling, fiscal responsibilities, educational responsibilities, performance improvement, liaison, and quality.
- Participate in on-call coverage as required to support operational and/or staffing needs.
