Provides leadership for the Patient Account Representative team to ensure consistency and competence in job duties. Serves as an expert in obtaining and verifying demographic, insurance, and appointment information. Promotes quality service and effective communication among patients, families and team members to ensure the highest level of customer service. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 2 Years Patient Registration Or Direct Position Experience Required
- 1 Year Customer Service Required
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree Business Administration Or Related Field Preferred
- 4 Years Patient Registration Preferred
