About The Position

DSV is seeking a Team Lead (Ops) to join their Solutions division. This full-time role involves leading, training, and mentoring team members, promoting a culture of accountability and safety, and coordinating daily operations. The position requires significant travel to support multiple Data Centers and involves preparing for daily operations ahead of the team to ensure readiness and on-time execution.

Requirements

• Relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications as determined by DSV.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor team members, including onboarding and supporting new hires at various locations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate and lead daily morning general meetings.
• Travel up to 70% to support multiple Data Centers.
• Start each workday 30 minutes ahead of the team to prepare for daily operations.
• Ensure team readiness, alignment, and on-time execution.
