About The Position

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a Team Lead/Medical Cleaner for evening shifts in St. Paul, MN. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing a healthcare facility, including cleanroom areas. The position requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and effectively. Team members will be responsible for sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waste removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, and surface cleaning of various areas including walls, ceiling tiles, and carts. The role starts on 11/2/26.

Requirements

Must have Supervisor experience.
Must have healthcare cleaning experience.
Must be friendly, communicate well, have a good attitude, coachable, able to retain information and clean safely.
Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds, twist, bend, push and pull.
Must be 18 years old.
Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
Disinfecting walls, ceiling tiles, carts, objects, and floors.
Dressing up in bunny suits with face masks, gloves, googles and booties for cleanroom cleaning.
