About The Position

Ted's Montana Grill is seeking individuals who are not ordinary for their unique restaurant environment. They describe themselves as Premium, Polished, and Professional, while also being Cool (3 PC). The company operates under "The Big Sky Spirit," which serves as their cultural compass. The Team Lead acts as an extension of the Management Team, providing leadership and support during shifts. This role involves training new Team Members on Ted's Montana Grill's culture, philosophies, standards, and operations. The Team Lead is responsible for managing all supervised Team Members and attending weekly Management Meetings. A key aspect of the role is creating a fun, positive, and energetic environment. Ted's Montana Grill emphasizes hospitality, aiming to provide guests with a warm and memorable experience. They empower team members to create "Big Sky Moments." The restaurant's design is inspired by classic 19th-century saloons. Sustainability is a core value, reflected in their commitment to local growers, paper straws, Boraxo soap, and sustainable kitchen operations. Requirements

Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired.

Responsibilities

Acts as an extension of the Management Team by providing leadership and support during shifts.
Participates in training and educating new Team Members on Ted's Montana Grill culture, philosophies, standards, and operations.
Manages all Team Members under their supervision.
Attends weekly Management Meetings.
Creates a fun, positive and energetic environment.
