About The Position

The Team Lead – Integrations is responsible for leading the integration team in delivering scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, driving efficiency, compliance, and process improvements while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. The Team Lead mentors team members, partners across functions, and ensures successful delivery of projects and services. Has strong integration experience across frontend and backend technologies, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in one or more technology domains and the related technical skills.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field; or a combination of professional experience that demonstrates equivalent knowledge and capability.
  • At least one of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
  • Skilled in analyzing, troubleshooting, and developing scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation tools, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Clear and thorough documentation of processes, requirements, and troubleshooting steps using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborative team player experienced in cross-disciplinary integration and solution optimization.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing frameworks and methodologies to standardize solutions.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
  • Expertise in .NET and Azure development, including scalable, high-performance application design.
  • Proficient with Azure services such as Container Apps, AKS, Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, and Event Hubs.
  • Skilled in microservices and API development using REST, GraphQL, Swagger, and OpenAPI.
  • Knowledgeable in databases including Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Experienced with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate team schedules, workloads, and resource allocation to meet business needs.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support team members to achieve goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements for efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on progress and challenges.
  • Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize productivity.
  • Ensure best practices in documentation, technical processes, and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure adherence to Enterprise Architecture, standards, and policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and key outcomes.
  • Lead training, development, and continuous learning to enhance team capabilities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Make strategic, data-driven decisions to proactively address challenges and ensure scalability.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects, including scoping, planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Promote a culture that reflects core values, provide mentorship while managing technical scope and maintaining system integrity.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to devise strategic solutions using appropriate technologies.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications using .NET and Azure Web Services.
  • Oversee the building and maintenance of RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Ensure efficient, clean, and maintainable .NET/Azure code through best practices and code reviews.
  • Guide the development and implementation of secure API access using OAuth2 and Azure AD authentication.
  • Lead deployment and management of applications on Azure App Services, Azure Container Apps, or Azure Functions.
  • Guide the implementation of event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus.
  • Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).
  • Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Develop and oversee containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes or similar
