About The Position

Guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on assigned production line. This role requires demonstrated leadership abilities and will be responsible for training and directing 12-40 employees. The Team Lead will assign plant operations during the shift, meet production schedules, and ensure employee and product safety. They will also be production and quality conscientious, monitor usages, and complete necessary paperwork.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing
• Ability to follow-up
• Ability to be punctual and outgoing
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a plant environment
• Ability to successfully multi-task
• Ability to ensure collaborative relationships with industry, trade, other associations, regulatory agencies and company staff
• Ability to trouble shoot
• Legally authorized to work in the location to which they apply

• MS Office Suite and SAP proficiency preferred
