Team Lead, Facilities
About The Position
PDF Solutions is redefining the way the semiconductor industry approaches data, analytics, and experience design. As part of our journey, we’re building Next gen platform — a modern, human-centered analytics platform. We believe design systems aren’t just about consistency — they’re about scalability, collaboration, and performance. We are looking for a hands-on Facilities Lead to support day-to-day facility operations, execute site projects, and oversee shipping and receiving activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems, coordinating vendors, and leading a small team to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in keeping our site running efficiently while supporting projects and logistics that directly impact the business. Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in facilities, operations, or logistics
- Experience coordinating vendors and supporting projects
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Be able to work onsite Monday through Friday
Nice To Haves
- Experience in office, lab, or light industrial environments
- Exposure to handling high-value equipment or materials
- Basic knowledge of building systems or workplace safety practices
- Supply chain degree or certification
Responsibilities
- Support daily facility operations to maintain a safe, clean, and functional workplace
- Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and on-site service activities
- Assist with office moves, space setups, and small facility projects
- Help execute site upgrades and track project tasks and timelines
- Lead day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, including inbound/outbound shipments
- Coordinate deliveries and work with internal teams and external carriers
- Maintain organized shipping/receiving areas and track materials and inventory
- Identify issues, provide updates, and escalate as needed
